The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 141 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §7-7-6e of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to expanding the county assessment and collection of a head tax on breeding cows; requiring payment of the tax if the taxpayer participates in the Coyote Control Program; eliminating obsolete statutory language; and requiring notice be provided by certain cow owners to their lessors upon participation in the Coyote Control Program.”
